Just how easy is it to build a fabric display?
Here at Andesign, we create the highest quality products for our customers and take steps to ensure that products which need assembly are as simple as possible. Our fantastic fabric display stands are just that, easy to assemble whilst being lightweight and portable.
So how do you assemble this product?
Firstly, open the bag in which the products are stored, lay out all of the pipes and the base to the side. Ensure that you are placing the fabric on a clean mat or table to ensure that it does not catch dust or dirt.
It’s important to note that the pipes have one number at either end. These numbers represent which pipes should attached to each other, for example:
The pipe which has the number 1 at one end and 2 at the other should be attached to the pipe which has 2 at one end and 3 at the other end. In this example, the two ends marked with a number two will be connected so the two pipes read 1-2,2-3.
This is not true for the first and last piece which only have one number each: 1 and 8 respective to the pipes that they join.
The full sequence is 1,1-2,2-3,3-4,4-5,5-6,6-7,7-8,8.
Start by laying the base of the stand, and find the pipe which has the number 1 on one end and a screw head on the other. Screw this pipe into one of the two holes either side of the base. Then find the piece which is numbered 8 on one end and has a screw head on the other. Screw this pipe into the remaining hole in the base.
Find the pipe which has a 1 on one end and a 2 on the other, connect the side which is numbered 1 to the pipe which is numbered 1 as well. Repeat this on the other end by finding the pipe with the number 8 on one side and 7 on the other. Connect the side with 8 on to the base pipe that is numbered 8.
From this point on, you need to attach the pipes by joining the pipes with their matching number so the sequence of pipes read: 1,1-2,2-3,3-4,4-5,5-6,6-7,7-8,8.
Next, rest your stand against a table or bench, and begin to slide the fabric over the framework. Make sure that you pull evenly from both ends and then stretch at the bottom to stop any creasing.
